Job Description
Responsible for the preparation of property, and/or other returns, complex or specialized returns. Timely and accurate communication of true-ups. Assist with acquisition and divestiture projects and requests. In addition, responsible for the researching of assigned property tax issues/topics. Prepare monthly account reconciliations, journal entries, disbursements and/or returns. Completion of the monthly recurring accruals. Other tasks as assigned by management.
