Summary of Need:
Responsible for coordination of resources and activities necessary to ensure that the Trauma Program; Assists in developing and reviewing policies and procedures in relation to trauma care patients. Responsible for implementation, and ongoing assessment, education and communication of these trauma protocols to all disciplines affected by such; assists in the identification of patient and staff education needs as related to trauma and works cooperatively with other hospital disciplines to coordinate these needs; actively supports all research projects related to trauma care and outcomes through the trauma registry program; maintains continuing education standards,

Qualifications/Requirements:
Needs Trauma Program Manager experience Worked as a Trauma Program Manager in a level 1 or 2 hospital. A Trauma Program manager is someone who leads the certification survey process to be accredited as a trauma center.
