Job Summary: The Associate Compensation Analyst supports the Global Compensation team in ensuring Equinix has competitive and cost-effective compensation policies and practices. This includes compensation program design (e.g. salary, annual and long-term incentive), implementation, and administration for all levels of employees globally
Responsibilities
Survey Input and Analysis
Completes Benchmark survey input and participates in analysis of results
Market and Internal Assessments
Conducts analysis and may model or make initial recommendations based on findings
Makes judgment based on factual information
Resolves data integrity issues, presents problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner
Job Architecture
Participates in creation of new job families and implementation of job architecture projects
Drafts new or revised job description to meet current business needs
Assists with management of jobs codes and system titles
Project/Program Participation
Participates in projects in support role
SME/Consulting
Developing expertise in one or more compensation elements or areas of expertise
Training/Communications
Participates in delivered training to help gain knowledge in key areas
Qualifications
1 years experience preferred
Bachelor's preferred

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $59,000 – $82,000 per year with 15% bonus target.
