Firearms Instructor

Equip 2 Conceal Firearms Group, the Nations Largest Firearms Academy, is actively looking to fill positions for Firearms Instructors at our classroom locations.

Job description: Firearms training classes not limited to Permit to Carry, Basic Handgun and Familiarization, and One on One classes.

This position is a contracted instructor position. Hours/week depend on instructor’s availability, usually 10-40 hours/ month. Pay varies between classes and can be discussed in interview.

This position requires applicant to have:

Prior Military or Law Enforcement preferred.

2 years instructing experience preferred.

Excellent firearms knowledge and experience.

Attention to detail. Ability to oversee and safely control live fire ranges.

Ability to get NRA/USCCA certified within 60 days of hire

Individual qualities:

Dependable, hardworking individual.

Must have reliable transportation.

Possesses a good customer service aptitude.

Possesses a good work ethic, is punctual, reliable, and can stick to set schedule.

Able to work with little supervision.

Has a clean appearance and has proper hygiene.
