EquipmentShare is searching for a Custodial Associate for our manufacturing facility office in Moberly, MO, to support our team as the location continues to grow.
EquipmentShare is seeking a Custodial Associate to be responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness of the Moberly Manufacturing facility.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness inside/outside of the manufacturing facility
- Empty trash and replace bags as needed throughout the entire facility
- Dust and wipe down surfaces within the building - includes desks, conference tables, break areas and other often touched surfaces
- Vacuum throughout on an as needed basis
- Clean bathrooms and locker rooms on site daily
- Wipe down conference tables and conference rooms windows/doors
- Mopping/sweeping in the main entrance area
- Operate power floor sweeper/scrubber as necessary
- Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate effectively with the management team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction as needed
- Use of technology (laptop and smartphone) are preferred
- Past experience cleaning corporate and/or manufacturing facilities is preferred, but not required
- Prolonged periods standing and walking throughout facilities
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings

Salary : $28,100 - $35,600
