We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who has a strong background in equestrian sports to join this growing veterinary team! This person will be responsible for sourcing and securing new business through cold-calling and personal networking while also providing and exemplary experience for current clients of the clinic.

- Engage in active sales outreach through cold-calling and personal networking to increase clinic traffic- Follow up with warm leads generated by marketing to schedule and secure appointments for service- Navigate the company's (hefty) records keeping system to maintain UTD records for all clients and prospective clients- Prepare templates for health certs, lameness exams, and other medical files as needed- Other administrative / office tasks as needed- Assisting members of the care staff with non-horse-handling duties when necessaryJob Requirements- Minimum 5 years experience within the competitive sporthorse disciplines- Experience or significant desire to work in a sales-oriented role - cold calling is a requirement!- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - detail oriented - Driven to grow and succeed both personally and as an organization- Above-average tech navigation capabilities- Preference for a fast-paced, collaborative, and regularly evolving work environment Bilingual would be strongly preferred!- Occasional travel including overnight stays with the team (transportation and lodging provided from clinic)Benefits- Incentive structure for all sales activities! - 10% of first invoice paid directly for all new clients you have secured - Cash bonus for any referrals who mention your name as reason for calling in- Clear, actionable growth plan for all employees- 40-50hr work week in-office, hourly pay with overtime benefits
