Position Description:
Equitable Education Solutions (EES) is seeking an innovative full-time Graphic Designer to join our team. This position would assist in the creation of professional and marketing documents, reports, curriculum materials, letterhead templates, full presentations, and miscellaneous graphics and icons. The ideal candidate has experience and expertise in the following areas:
- Adobe Creative Cloud products
- Must be proficient in Indesign, Illustrator
- Typography and type formatting skills
- Presentation and sales slick design
- Comfortable working with Google and Microsoft products for creating presentation and document templates
- Sense of design, organization, flow, and consistency when it comes to preparing professional looking documents.
- Ability to follow a brand's style, while also seeing opportunities to improve it
- Keen eye for inconsistencies, mistakes
- General understanding of image licensing
Other/General Skills Required:
- Ability to take a project from start to finish
- Strong teamwork but also able to function effectively in a solo environment
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Good sense of time management, able to produce high quality work in a timely manner
- Self-manage oneself
- Must be able to handle constructive criticism, make revisions

This job requires remote virtual work as well as travel to/from schools around Indiana. A personal vehicle is required and mileage is reimbursed.
