Job Summary:
The primary role entails overseeing the management of mortgage interest rate locks, implementing pricing strategies, and providing outstanding customer service to both corporate clients and retail Sales staff. This position will require close collaboration with all facets of the company and our valued business partners.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist loan officers and branch managers in executing mandatory rate locks.
2. Efficiently manage relocks, extensions, and product adjustments on behalf of the sales team while maintaining clear communication with operations staff.
3. Create Rate Sheets to support pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lock Desk Admin/Analyst/Expert. Previous employers may be contacted for verification.
2. Prior experience with EPPS (Encompass Product & Pricing Service) - 1 year is mandatory, while 2 years is preferred.
3. Any prior work with EPPS must have been within the past 12-24 months to be eligible for the position. Verification from previous employers may be required.
4. Proficiency in creating Rate Sheets.
Additional Information:
- The position is scheduled from Monday to Friday.
- Working hours are from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- Compensation will be determined based on experience.

Compensation:
- $3,750 - $4,000 / Month depending on experience
- After first 90 Days, hedging bonuses will be available on your contract review
