About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, adaptive and execution-oriented individual to be our Community Manager in our headquarters located in Midtown Manhattan. After two years of remote working, our organization is excited to begin welcoming people back to our space. This is a unique opportunity to be the face of the office and is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships. You will be the first point of contact for all individuals walking through the doors and an ambassador for the company and our culture. A key pillar of this role is creating an impactful welcome – you will do everything from directing people to their destinations, answering questions, assisting in special site events and acting as a trusted liaison between company employees and guests. In addition, we are seeking a self-starter who can re-imagine our current administrative processes. Beyond this, you will have the opportunity to develop employee engagement initiatives to enhance office vibrancy. This will require strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Be on-site full time at our headquarters in Midtown Manhattan
- Deliver a high level of service and hospitality
- Provide exceptional administrative support including but not limited to managing inbound calls, scheduling, conference room booking, assisting in site events, and deliveries
- Coordinate large meeting room logistics between hosts, security, technology, facilities
- Partner with executive offices on community/employee engagement initiatives

Additional Qualifications
- Eight plus years of experience in hospitality, customer service or business operations
- Experience in liaising with executive teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience in developing, implementing, and sustaining effective office management processes
- A positive and willing attitude
