Description of Responsibilities:
- Accountable for project delivery of smaller projects or workstreams of larger programs/projects under the guidance of Project Delivery Senior Manager/Lead Managers/Directors.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, including resourcing and Agile practices such as authoring features & user stories, frequent iterative planning & demos, backlog, forecasts, releases, queries, reports, dashboards, and other ceremonies
- Manages day-to-day project planning, coordination, monitoring and control, configuration management, risk and issue management, vendor management and metrics
- Learns and applies Project Management & Agile best practices to effectively support project execution
- Support communications with senior project sponsors and executives
- Works with the IT Vendor Management team and Corporate Sourcing and Procurement to identify, onboard and manage third parties
- Supports the tracking & monitoring of project or work stream financial forecasts, managing budget to actual expenses, and budget variances
- Acts with knowledge in at least one business or technical area related to Enterprise Data systems, master data management, Data lakes, Data warehouse, Business Intelligence, or Predictive analytics
- Develops an awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application to projects
- Acts in an engaging & inspiring manner to help others to think like owners, to achieve our business goals, and to deliver on promises to our employees, customers, and stakeholders
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
- Support lights on activities as required
Skils required to ensure success include:
Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery.
Business Architecture: Knowledge of an enterprise's business structure, including processes and information related to business services; ability to design a blueprint for the architecture and align it with organizational strategic objectives.
Cost Management: Knowledge of cost management; ability to plan and control organizational costs in order to lower product and service costs and maximize return.
Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).

Additional Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with Scrum software required
- 3 years of experience with the Governance process required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Knowledge of Agile Kanban, Agile scrum, and traditional project management practice environment
- Knowledge of IT delivery, application programming, databases, system design, and infrastructure
- Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps (VSTS) or similar toolset, such as Jira
- Knowledge of project management toolsets, including HP Project and Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Experienced in working with MS productivity & collaboration tools such as Outlook, Skype for business, Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Yammer
- Experience working with off shore resources and vendors
- Experience on projects or working with data driven teams such as Enterprise Data systems, Master Data Management, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, or Predictive Analytics
- Possesses a general understanding of business lines, operations, and products
