Responsibilities and Expectations
- Maintain appearance of building and grounds.
- Indoor and outdoor maintenance as needed, including but not limited to, light remodeling and overseeing mowing and snow removal.
- Daily check of restrooms to make sure they are fully functional.
- Work with Vendors for inspection i.e., Hvac, plumbing, elevators and fire alarms systems etc.
- Provide courier service for Rock location as needed.
- Deliver mail to all tenants and Equity offices as needed.
- Vehicle maintenance for Rock Location as needed.
- Responsible for keeping the loading dock and Suite 1000 organized.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Facilities
Required Skills & Education
- High School diploma required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner
- Computer skills preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Previous maintenance experience preferred.

Physical Requirements
This position requires standing, walking, bending, and squatting on a regular basis. May require the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or reach with hands and arms. Requires the ability to carry, lift, move or push up to 30 pounds on an occasional basis. Must be able to talk and listen to others.
Work Environment
This position regularly works in an office setting. Most of the job duties require the employee to be working with co workers in attending to their office needs.
