Pool Attendant (Seasonal)

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Pool Attendants to join our team at a prestigious resort. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

Duties:

- Maintain cleanliness and order around the pool area
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor pool activities to ensure safety and adherence to rules
- Set up and organize poolside events and activities
- Perform basic first aid when necessary
- Enforce pool regulations and respond to emergencies promptly

Skills:

- Experience in food service or hospitality industry
- Strong customer service and guest services skills
- Ability to engage with guests of all ages, including children
- Proficiency in public speaking for announcements and event hosting
- Previous experience in events management or theater is a plus
- Certification as a lifeguard is preferred

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

  • Newport, NC (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Newport, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
