Chemicals Manufacturing Specialist III

In this role, the Chemicals Manufacturing Specialist will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes within the chemical manufacturing plant while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality control, and cost targets.

• Assess integration readiness across all LTC projects
• Oversea the manpower staffing strategy and development
• Monitor Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, performance and establish control and establish Internal Assessment Procedures for the programs

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes in the chemical manufacturing plant.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control, and cost targets.
• Analyze production data and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead or coordinate continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to resolve manufacturing problems and improve plant performance.
• Train and mentor junior staff in the area of manufacturing processes.
• Manage technology transfer initiatives to ensure successful scale-up from lab to commercial production.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related. with 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, And Operational readiness.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing manufacturing processes in the chemical manufacturing plant.
• Extensive knowledge of safety regulations, quality control processes, and cost targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work under minimal supervision.
