Founded in 2010 as a chemical distributor company, our business has flourished over the past decade to become a competitive supplier and innovator of specialty chemistry, primarily in the semiconductor space. In 2020, we opened our own facility in Wisconsin and have grown rapidly since, transforming from a distributor to a specialty chemicals international manufacturer. We are a team of 25 today and expect to double in the next two to three years.

Your mission is to become a liaison between the R&D group, sales and business development teams; own internal product management process and outsourced projects; drive content creation.
Key Deliverables for This Role:
- Provide technical support and field enablement to the sales and business development teams
- Proactively manage the new molecule introduction process with ownership of the marketing research, field verification, internal stage-gating and field roll-out
- Serve as a liaison between the R&D and the field organizations
- Own special outsourcing project management including tollers, raw suppliers and packaging
- Co-development of new customer/industry campaigns together with business development
- Facilitate customer meetings and visits
- Content creation
Traits of a Strong Candidate:
- Build, facilitates and actively participates in diverse team efforts across Engineering, Procurement, Production, and various levels of leadership driving optimal outcomes
- R&D or technical marketing experience in either materials chemistry or thin film applications experience managing complex projects from inception to completion
- The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with both the vision and the sense of market timing to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results when facing tight deadlines
- Analytical in decision-making processes yet comfortable dealing with a high degree of ambiguity
- Effectively communicates project challenges and performance updates to all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%
- Strong business prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Chemistry or Chemistry/Materials Engineering (BS education with exceptional work experience will be considered)5 years of industrial experience
- Experience in customer-facing or business roles
Nice to Have:
- Semiconductor manufacturing industry experience
- MBA, Project Management or other business education
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems
