What are the responsibilities and job description for the EHS Manager - Field position at Ericsson?

We are now looking for a Field Environmental Health & Safety Manager to provide comprehensive Health & Safety (EHS) support for relevant organization, coordinate responsibilities to meet business needs and ensure compliance of requirements and procedures.
What you will do- Create and update risk and opportunity assessments
- Understand ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 EHS management systems
- Participate or lead regional EHS committees and continually improve employee participation and consultation program.
- Provide mentorship to field and warehouse personnel on EHS and ISO related activities
- Ensure training compliance for area of responsibility in addition to leading EHS or ISO related training as applicable.
- Participate in annual strategic planning, execution of targets
- Manage incident investigation and RCCA program
- Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and clients in a professional manner as it pertains to EHS
- Conduct supplier EHS related audits and support with corrective action process
- Develop EHS related presentations for Governance meetings and or internal KPI reviews
- Interface with regulatory officials during on-site inspections or official communications
- Recognized Degree in Environmental Health and Safety or equivalent certifications and work experience
- 4-7 years in construction or telecommunications industry experience preferred
- Knowledge and work history with OSHA, EPA and ANSI A10.48 regulations
- Technical expertise related to role (NFPA70E, fall protection, & rigging)
- Expert proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 50%-60%
This role reports to the EHS Director - Regional & CU Operations
