SPECIAL EDUCATION MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND TRAINING
Erie 1 BOCES is seeking a Specialist for Software Application Support/Training of the Special Education management application ClearTrack200, at our Allegany, NY location. The Specialist provides software support and training to Western New York school district personnel.
Activities include support call resolution; regional travel for one-on-one, small, and large group training or presentations; assist with creation and maintenance of team documentation and detailed training and workshop materials. QUALIFICATIONS
