GENERAL SUMMARY
Operations Support Coordinator will be responsible for overall support for the Operations Department. Coordinator will be responsible for various functions, including all incoming mail, processing all address changes, perform maintenance on member accounts, reviewing and responding to all correspondence received, ordering supplies, courier information and supplies between the Credit Union facilities and departments. An individual coordinator will have primary responsibilities and will assist in the other areas as secondary responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Sorts daily incoming mail from USPS and process all returned mail for bad addresses.
- Process all member address changes received following Credit Union procedure.
- Perform required file maintenance on accounts.
- Close accounts when requested by member via correspondence.
- Maintain a working inventory and organization of supplies. Order office and necessary supplies through vendors for the credit union.
- Coordinate the fulfillment of requested office supplies for delivery or pick up.
- Courier interoffice mail and supplies between all facilities and business partners.
- Use Synapsys to complete submitted service events.
- Complete the new account process for accounts submitted through Gro. Answer questions and provide assistance when needed.
- Review and Distribute Faxes received.
- Perform required responsibilities associated with decedent accounts.
- Review and monitor various reports (CP letters, debit card reports, etc.).
- Run errands as necessary.
- Maintain credit union vehicle by cleaning, fueling and arranging for maintenance and repairs.
- Help move supplies, equipment, furniture.
- Review exterior of all facilities. Work with Facilities as needed.
- Provide support for Operations Support Department functions as needed.
- Maintain current knowledge of and compliance with all Credit Union policies and procedures, including compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all federal laws and regulations as set forth by the NCUA and other regulatory agencies.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Requires professional, well-developed interpersonal skills for communicating with members and coworkers.
- Requires knowledge of Credit Union products, services, policies and procedures.
- Requires completion of high school education.
- Requires 6 months previous work experience in a member/customer service, teller or related position. Financial institution experience is preferred.
- Requires intermediate mathematical skills (concepts and calculations involving decimals, fractions, percentages, etc.)
- Requires PC proficiency and knowledge of Office Suite.
