Administers Agent compensation, loan, and SitCom programs. Works with the IT Division and/or Agency Strategic Reporting section to support the creation and maintenance of Agent production reporting. Communicates with field and Home Office management regarding data analysis, Agent compensation, 1099's, and special incentive programs and deductions.
Administers and maintains Agent compensation programs. Coordinates revisions to ERIE informational and operational manuals, monthly reporting, and related communication planning and implementation.
Researches and assembles litigation information for the Law Division.
Processes Agent compensation a. Processes compensation updates-accelerated, reduced, and adjusted commission. b. Interfaces and balances payment and reduction files. c. Works interdepartmentally to ensure all commission deductions, loan payments, and required accounts payable checks are processed, balanced and remitted to the correct party. d. Balances, creates, and reconciles monthly journals for commission processing.
Maintains and runs custom programs to meet compensation reporting and payment needs. Maintains files and responds to requests for production information. Calculates data and recommends adjustments as needed.
Validates and ensures timely and accurate loan, incentive and compensation payment information.
Works with the business and IT Division to support the eliciting, recording and validating of system requirements for new and enhanced Agent compensation programs. Updates and processes existing department programs.
Identifies and supports the production data needs of the Home Office, field offices and Agents related to Agent compensation, loans and incentives.
Analyzes and Processes Agent Garnishment request; working with Law, IRS, State and Court contacts to ensure legal requirements are satisfied.
Drives process improvement projects to produce measurable results. Provides cost-effective, support and assistance to Agents and division management related to initiatives and business processes. Researches, recommends and implements best practices as appropriate to enhance capabilities and create efficiencies.

Minimum Education Equivalents:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and one years' experience working with sales management and agency structure, data or business analysis, or related experience; or
Associate's degree in business administration or related field and three years' experience working with sales management and agency structure, data or business analysis, or related experience;or
High school diploma or equivalent and five years' experience working with sales management and agency structure, data or business analysis, or related experience, required.
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software required. Acceptance of weekend work and some restrictions to vacations during peak hours required.
