Overview
The Learning and Performance Management System Administrator manages the Kallidus-based talent management system for the ERMCO Enterprise and sustains day-to-day governance within the system. The role's focus will be to contribute to the roadmap for the technical and operational functions of the Learning Opportunities | Optimizing Performance (LOOP) system, including Learn, Perform, and other internal performance and development programs such as 9-Box and others. This role acts as a first line of support for end-users, educating leaders and employees on how to use the system efficiently. This is a hybrid position in the Dyersburg, TN area.
Responsibilities
Overall System Responsibilities
- Plays a critical role in installing, setting up, and configuring the LOOP system to meet the organization's specific needs.
- Acts as the subject matter expert to create and manage user structures, including creating and managing user groups and learning cohorts, assigning permissions, and ensuring users can access the necessary resources.
- Owns the process for all stakeholders to measure and monitor participation, including maintaining data records and creating and sharing concise, accurate reports to managers and individuals.
- Provides technical support to users, troubleshooting any issues with the system, and able to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Learning Management
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage online learning and development courses within the system, including uploading course content, setting up assessments, and obsoleting content as needed.
- Ensure team members can easily consume content within the LOOP system, including asynchronous learning and live learning events.
- Monitor classroom enrollments, completions, and reporting, working with facilitators to provide support.
- Establish, maintain, and tailor the LOOP system to align with the organization's requirements, including but not limited to implementing certifications, learning paths, and engagement programs based on recommendations from training manager and/or training specialist.
- Oversee integration of third-party training content.
- Generate custom reports for various stakeholders to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Employ learning analytics tools to discern trends that reveal the system’s usage, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize the system’s impact.
- Maintain current and well-organized LOOP documentation to facilitate system operations and streamline stakeholder communication.
- Provide user support, LOOP maintenance, and managed integrations with internal and external systems to ensure seamless operation and data flow.
Performance Management
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to design performance processes and workflows in in LOOP system.
- Provide system technical support to Human Resources in the scoping, design, and implementation of goal setting, assessing performance, feedback and development conversations, talent reviews and calibrations.
- Oversees integration of third-party training content, including but not limited to 9-box and 360° feedback process.
- Record and securely store HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or some college experience and a minimum of 3 years of experience working with HRIS and/or Talent Management Systems, ideally with Kallidus.
- Knowledge of system configurations, workflows, and data migration.
- Understanding of data management.
- Understanding of software-based technology and cybersecurity to identify and resolve any security threats.
- Ability to prepare concise, accurate reports.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability and desire to work both as a team member and independently.

- Knowledge of web accessibility and section 508 compliance.
