Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Residential Rental Agent. The Residential Rental Agent will be responsible for managing rental properties, communicating with clients, showing rental properties to potential tenants, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is located in Falmouth, MA.

*Weekends in Peak Summer Months are a MUST.*

Qualifications

  • Active MA Real Estate License a must
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in various types of computer use and technology.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in real estate is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Falmouth, Cape Cod area
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
