We are currently seeking candidates to fill our full-time, salaried Consulting Administrator role. We expect this position to be filled by someone who is eager to learn about the world of Management Consulting and software, who is ready to apply their technical skills in the workforce, and who is looking to support our client’s transformational projects.

Requirements
Job Duties:
Sales Liaison
- Review sales booking forecast with Sales team
Lifecycle
- Setup new project
- Manage project changes: compile weekly budget to actuals reports, apply change orders across our project tools, add resources and update projects accordingly
- Maintain project folders, Smartsheets, Evernote notebooks, Mavenlink projects, etc.
- Close projects
Maintain resource allocations in Mavenlink
- Enter allocations to each project resource when new projects are booked
- Change allocations based on project changes
- Track resource availability
Maintain Templates and Tools for all projects
- Templates: Keep templates updated based on industry best practices
Vendor Management
- Track new software vendors
- Track new implementation partners: Administer the Smartsheet Demonstration Scorecards
- Create for each client for Mini and Final demos
- Compile scorecard results
Create Weekly Consulting Division Reports
- Projects Status Report
- Actual vs. target by resource
- Allocated hours vs. actuals by resources
Requirements:
- Business Administration degree preferred
- Desire and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-versed in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Produces excellent, readable documents showing a great command of formatting, fonts, graphics, tables, spreadsheet presentation Move, think, and act fast - document prep, speaking, typing, using software applications, responding to clients, and internal staff
Preferred Skills:
- Certified in Microsoft Office
- Project Management classwork or job experience
- Prior experience using Mavenlink, Smartsheet
- Comfortable using a Mac
Compensation and Benefits:
- $45,000 - $65,000 year salary
- Employer-sponsored medical insurance after 30 days
