Responsibilities
The duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide assistance in developing requirements, assessing, and implementing the personnel and structural requirements for the AFMS Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) throughout all current AF/SG functions during the AFMED transition and stand-up of two AF-led Intermediate Management Organizations (IMOs).
- Independently apply knowledge and expertise to various project and program initiatives; investigate, analyze, plan, design, implement, or evaluate solutions for the project efforts as it directly impacts the AFMS.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for a master’s degree with an additional three years of experience.
- Five years of experience related to developing requirements, assessing, and implementing projects that oversee personnel, such as the WBS.
- Five years of experience related to strategic planning, project management, and technical expertise with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with using military specific systems such as the AFPortal, Health.mil, MilSuite, SharePoint Sites and knowledge exchanges.
- Experience with overseeing and managing the transition of large organizations and migrating over 200 personnel.
Work Authorization Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the US and be able to obtain a Confidential (tier 1) clearance
