ERP Suites is currently looking for a Senior JDE Distribution Functional consultant

to join our team.

ERP Suites is actively seeking a seasoned Senior JD Edwards Distribution Implementation Consultant with a profound background in executing JD Edwards distribution module implementation projects across complex, large-scale environments. The chosen candidate will not only lead implementation projects but will also provide strategic insight into optimizing distribution processes and will act as a mentor and knowledge beacon for our internal teams.

Location

• Our home office is based in Cincinnati, OH. However, we are open to hiring someone who is fully remote regardless of location. 
• Although the position is fully remote, there may be occasional travel required based on job needs.

 Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Implementation Leadership: 

• Spearhead the implementation of JD Edwards distribution modules, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and strategic business objectives. 

• Facilitate the transformation of business requirements into efficient system configurations and solutions. 

2. End-to-End Project Management: 

• Oversee projects from inception through to successful completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget adherence. 

• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. 

3. Expert-Level Support and System Optimization: 

• Provide elite support for JD Edwards distribution modules post-implementation, ensuring continuous improvement and optimized performance. 

• Lead system audits and enhancements to ensure peak operational performance. 

4. Mentorship and Team Leadership: 

• Mentor junior consultants and lead implementation teams towards successful project completions. 

• Drive the development and delivery of training programs for users and IT staff. 

5. Integration and System Upgrades: 

• Strategize and manage the integration of JD Edwards with other organizational systems. 

• Steer system upgrades ensuring they align with ongoing and future business needs. 

JD Edwards Module Expertise and Experience Required: 

1. Sales Order Management:  

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of hands-on implementation experience. 

• Skills: Expertise in implementing and customizing sales order processes and proficiently managing complex sales orders. 

1. Inventory Management:  

• Experience: At least 7 years in implementing and managing JD Edwards Inventory Management module. 

• Skills: In-depth expertise in inventory transactions, lot control, and inventory accuracy management. 

1. Procurement Management:  

• Experience: 7 years focusing on JD Edwards Procurement Management implementation. 

• Skills: Mastery in automating procurement processes, supplier management, and subcontract management. 

1. Advanced Pricing:  

• Experience: 7 years or more of experience with implementing the Advanced Pricing module. 

• Skills: Proficiency in formulating and maintaining intricate pricing strategies and schedules.  

Qualifications: 

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A Master’s degree is desirable. 

1. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of extensive experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementations. 

Skills and Abilities: 

• Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in JD Edwards distribution modules. 

• Strategic Analytical Skills: Capable of synthesizing and analyzing data to inform strategic decision-making. 

• Communication Excellence: Ability to communicate intricate business requirements to diverse stakeholders. 

Certifications: 

- JD Edwards-related certifications are a significant plus.
