Service Technician Job Responsibilities The Multi-Skilled Craftsman specializes in all types of Building repair, maintenance. You must have basic construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude.
Not all skills listed below are required Drywall Repair General Carpentry Rough and Finish Bathrooms Painting Interior and Exterior Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge Flooring repair and installation
Lighting Handyman, General Repair & Maintenance Work Knowledge of Building Codes Material Management Client Relations Requirements Must have current Driver's License and submit to a background check Must have tools, vehicle and good references Must have experience in the remodeling or building repair trades Must pass screening process Must have a smart phone and access to the internet We are always looking to speak with an experienced handyman or craftsman who has experience as a Remodeler, Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, Painter, Mason, or Installer or any skilled tradesman (apprentice, journeyman or master level) from the residential or commercial construction industry.
