ERS, Inc. (EmployReward Solutions) partners with the Social Security Administration as a federal contractor to administer the Ticket To Work program https://www.ssa.gov/work/

We serve as a support system and resource for people with disabilities aiming to achieve financial independence while exploring their ability to work.

Seeking candidates to fill a Full-Time Career Coach position, 9AM-6PM Monday - Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

. Maintain contact with beneficiaries to sustain relationships to actively promote career opportunities

. Perform various services to ensure client success (i.e. housing, education, and transportation)

. Assist clients in maintaining their employment

. Discuss goals and help strategize methods for improvement

. Maintain client personal information

REQUIRED

. High School Diploma

. Strategic decision making and problem-solving skills

. Passionate, articulate, empathetic, patient, and caring

. Ability to multi-task, meet goals, objectives, and expectations

. Flexibility, attention to detail, and time management

. Capable of passing and maintain security clearance

PREFERRED

. Experience in counseling and workforce development

. Proficient communication skills – both verbal and written

. Experience with excel and MS office

. Ideal candidate will have experience working with adults with disabilities

. Associates or bachelor’s degree (social work, psychology, business or related)
