Position Title: DC Coordinator
Reporting To: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Evansville, IN
Status: Non-Exempt
Job Purpose: Responsible for ensuring that inbound inventory to the DC and outbound shipments meet customer and company standards, verify that counts of items being shipped are accurate, and ensure that shipments adhere to customer compliance.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Job Purpose: Responsible for ensuring that inbound inventory to the DC and outbound shipments meet customer and company standards, verify that counts of items being shipped are accurate, and ensure that shipments adhere to customer compliance.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Ensure Automated lines within the DC are fully operational
- Keep records of related process and inventory / shipment data
- Enter data to complete the documentation necessary for processing and shipping
- Prepare and process products for shipment, working to ensure all orders are filled correctly
- Ensure that the related areas remain safe and organized
- Work closely with the shipping coordinator to ensure finished orders are staged on the shipping dock properly to maximize space.
- Investigate and prevent chargebacks by doing quality checks daily.
- In all tasks, Shipping Coordinator must meet company safety standards to ensure the work environment is safe for the themselves and their team
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Must possess capability to work with automated systems and related computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Must possess verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and must be organized
Physical Demands
- Sitting, talking and listening 1/6 of the time
- Standing, walking & coordinating the automated area most of the time
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Stooping and kneeling
- Fine motor coordination
Working Conditions
- Warehouse environment
