Job Description: Escape Ensemble Consulting is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Personal Travel Assistant. As a remote member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with all aspects of their travel planning and coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, budget, and any specific requirements or preferences
- Itinerary Planning: Collaborate with clients to design customized travel itineraries that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. This may include researching destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options
- Booking Coordination: Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process
- Travel Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of travel logistics, including arranging airport transfers, securing travel insurance, obtaining necessary visas or permits, and providing detailed travel instructions
- Budget Management: Help clients manage their travel budget effectively by providing cost estimates, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring transparency in pricing
- Documentation and Preparation: Ensure all travel documentation is complete and accurate, including passports, visas, travel vouchers, and itineraries. Provide clients with essential information and resources to prepare for their trip
- Client Support: Offer ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their travels, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally
- Follow-Up: Conduct post-trip follow-up with clients to gather feedback, address any issues, and ensure satisfaction with their travel experience
