Job Summary

Seeking an Administrative Services Manager. This individual will provide administrative support to the team in a number of areas including HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role is responsible for daily office operations, including but not limited to, catering,
  • handling customer or client requests, maintaining office supply inventory, ensuring safety and security
  • of the office, across two offices.
  • The Location Support Ambassador will be responsible for responding to and delivering all aspects of
  • workplace operations through a hospitality lens; offering continuous attentive service and creating an
  • exceptional guest experience within a global, industry-leading corporation. You will be a collaborative
  • partner, and self-starter who is comfortable being the only workplace representative for our two locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily office operations including office opening and closing, the overall appearance of the
  • facilities, setting for events, office supplies, and products are stocked, and technology is fully
  • operating and functional.
  • Management of catering for all office events.
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing mail items.
  • Support functions such as life safety and badge access requirements.
  • Liaison between the building management and Workplace Lead to ensure all building mechanics
  • in the office are operational.
  • Monitor event and in-office activities to ensure the satisfaction of guests and the resolution of any
  • problems that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong
  • interpersonal skills.
  • Requirement: 2 years of customer service or office administration experience preferred, but willing to
  • train.
  • Must be efficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
  • Proficient computer skills including Word and Excel, ability to operate general office
  • equipment.
