- We have an opening for a FACILITIES SUPERVISOR position.
- Schedule : Full Time; Monday - Friday with possibility of Saturday, availability for 1st and 2nd shift.
- Requirement : Supervisory experience, knowledge of chemicals and janitorial cleaning, bi-lingual is a plus.
Job Summary
Summary : As a Facilities Supervisor, you will support the Facilities Manager and / or Facilities Coordinator in providing excellent customer service in the management of facilities for our clients.
You will also be responsible for ensuring excellent service to on-site clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Supervises Janitorial staff and oversees subcontractor services to include mail operations, shipping & receiving, ground & landscaping.
- Specialty aseptic cleaning and glass washing.
- Communicates between various shifts to ensure applicable completion of tasks.
- Manages all moves, additions, and changes.
- Mail, shipping, and receiving as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- 1 year of facilities maintenance, support services, military, and / or housekeeping experience.
- Experience with soft services to include janitorial experience.
- Experience managing invoices and pricing.
- Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
