Overview

ESI is seeking a General Construction Laborer for our Roseburg Project in El Dorado, AR. This would be a temporary position with a rate of $16-$20/hour (time and a half for hours over 40 hours/week). The start date would be early June with a three-month duration with the possibility of extending. The construction schedule is 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform General Construction Laborer services on the construction site
  • Assist Construction Site Project Manager and Field Engineer as needed
  • Daily construction tasks include but are not limited to: various physical duties (move, secure, install, build, load, and unload materials), use of light and heavy tools, daily clean-up of construction site, while maintaining all safety standards

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience working as a General Construction Laborer on a heavy industrial construction site
  • Physically able to perform daily General Construction Laborer tasks
  • Excellent work ethic with a can do attitude
  • Excellent verbal skills
