We provide our W2 employees with above-industry pay and benefits.
Our job flow is steady compared to the industry because we work for the largest single-family rental companies in the world.
But you understand that there are ebbs and flows in service work. Don't worry; when you have a slow week, we'll make sure that you can feed your family and pay the bills.
Our commission-based compensation structure pays among the highest rates in the area. This year, our technicians are making in the range of $900-$1500 and averaging $1,200 per week. What accounts for the pay difference is the number of jobs they are willing and able to run.
Our employees are eligible for benefits that include:
Typically, techs work M-F, leaving their homes between 8-9 AM to do 3-6 jobs — each with a 4-hour arrival window. They are home long before dinner to enjoy their family time.
We've negotiated pricing contracts with our national clients. To you, that means there's NO SELLING!
