This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.
The starting salary for this position ranges from $67,704 to $83,502 annually.
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, well maintained and comfortable environment for the residents and staff throughout the entire village campus. The Director of Environmental Services will hold primary responsibility for the environmental services department, which includes campus patrol, housekeeping, landscaping, laundry, and maintenance. This position is responsible for planning and directing all activities of the department including procedure development, budget planning and control, customer service excellence, and staff training and development. This position is also responsible for ensuring that the physical plant maintains substantial compliance with Eskaton standards as well as Fire Safety and Life Safety Code regulatory requirements as monitored by local, State and Federal agencies.

Qualifications
Education:
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Associate or trade degree in professional engineering (mechanical, electrical or related field); will consider equivalent job experience in lieu of degree.
Training and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the property maintenance field.
• 3 years progressive experience in a key leadership/management role in hospitality, healthcare, senior care or other large campus environment is required...
