This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.

Position Summary:
Working within the IT division of Eskaton, the Project Manager is responsible for assisting, receiving workflow from and working in conjunction with the Project Sponsor to manage projects simultaneously. The Project Manager will assist with collaboration and coordination across all IT and business lines. This role will serve to support all implementations at Eskaton’s 20 communities.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $27.00 to $39.58/hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.

Position Responsibilities include:

• Assists in the development and execution of the project plan by working with the project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives
• Manage software implementation project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure
• Work collaboratively with project team, project sponsor and the software project manager to assist in determining technical direction and approach to system design and implementation.
• Plans and executes project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members
• Tracks project resource utilization
• Performs advanced data mining and creates distributable reports utilizing Business Intelligence, SQL reports, or advanced pivot tables
• Manages the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues
• Make recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization and resource allocation with input from team members
• Provide ongoing project plan/status reporting
• Manage the day-to-day activities of projects and staff; communicate with project team as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers as needed in regards to project deliverables including managing expectations
• Fully comply with all provisions in the Corporate Compliance Policy and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Agrees to promote compliance among subordinates

Position Requirements
Certified project manager and/or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of work experience within the IT industry with a concentration in project coordination and/or management. Proven ability to schedule and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Superior communication, organizational and computer skills are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work and manage cross-functional teams. Travel and community visits will be required.
