ESM Prep is an educational services firm seeking an energetic and engaging College Coach who is excited to work at the intersection of education and business. Our staff comes from many walks of life, from former academics with PhDs to former investment bankers, tech entrepreneurs, and writers. We are all brought together by a passion for education and the desire to make a difference in the lives of our students. As a team, we support one another to learn and grow, while respecting each other's need for individuality.
The College Coach will provide college counseling services to students as young as 9th grade in their search and application process to college. This includes guiding the family through academic and extracurricular selections and through the university research process, supporting students with writing essays and applications, and supporting students in preparation for standardized tests. In addition, the College Coach will spearhead the growth of ESM business through networking, cultivating relationships, and fostering partnerships. We encourage team members to take leadership over their outcomes, enjoy the challenges of working in a relatively young company, and own the process of eventually developing their own leads under the umbrella of ESM Prep.
