Our high-end boutique accounting firm, specializing in business management, is looking for an experienced full-charge Bookkeeper/Business Manager to work onsite full-time in Calabasas.
***Must have business management experience (enter & pay bills)***
Responsibilities Include:
- Accounts payable and monitoring of client cash flow
- Accounts Receivables
- Payroll processing via various platforms
- Reconciliations and month end close
- Prepare financial statements and reports as necessary
- Process quarterly and annual filings such as sales tax, city business licenses, 1099's, etc
- Responsible for 20 clients
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with clients and staff
- Bookkeeping and business management: 3 years
- QuickBooks Desktop and Online: 3 years
- Payroll: 3 years
- Must be able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Reside locally, preferred
