Job Description:
The Worker will report to the Medicaid CHIP IT Contracts Oversight Manager.
The Worker will be a part of the team and responsible for creating and implementing an agile training program to help train the Medicaid CHIP IT Contracts Oversight team on agile principles and methodologies. The Worker will also assist with the efforts of implementing a Tactical Agile Center of Excellence (TCOE) within the Medicaid CHIP IT Contracts Oversight team. The Worker will assist in creating a consistent understanding of the Agile principles and methodologies that the HHS Organization represents. The Worker will oversee the development of the training curriculum and ensure effective outcomes for the team are achieved and documented. The Worker will be responsible to create the implementation processes to prepare and transition the team to support the Modernization contract procurements associated with Application, Maintenance and Development.
The Worker’s responsibilities include:
- Working with the Medicaid CHIP IT Contracts Oversight Team Project Managers (PMs) to create a training curriculum.
- Working with the Agile teams, various stakeholders, PMs and the IT Applications - Medicaid and CHIP Systems leadership team to leverage Agile principles to support continuous improvement activities.
- Working with the IT Applications - Medicaid and CHIP Systems leadership team to leverage Value Stream Mapping exercises to further streamline processes.
- Working with IT Applications - Medicaid and CHIP Systems leadership team to further support Agile activities across the teams.

- 5 Years of experience as Agile Coach
- 1 Year of Certifications should include some combination of the following: SAFe Program Consultant, Project Management Institute – Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- 1 Years of Certifications should include some combination of the following: Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Scrum Professional ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner
