Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed cleaning and detailing of high-end exotic cars, both interior and exterior.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure the highest quality of work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle customer vehicles with care, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Assist with paint correction, ceramic coatings, and PPF (vinyl protective paint film) installation as part of career development.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
- Work both indoors and outdoors as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in car detailing, especially with high-end or exotic cars, is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for cleaning and maintaining vehicles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Good customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform detailed work for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Compensation:
- Competitive pay rate based on experience and qualifications.
