We are a Design Build GC that performs TI work on labs, clean rooms, decommissioning, and also building envelope reconstruction if the clients building is in need of a face lift.
We are looking for either a very well accomplished Sr PE or PM that will mentor under our Sr PM that has helped build our reputation in the Life Science and Bio Science industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and address any issues or concerns
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project team members
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field a plus!
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or PM working on large scale long term Life Science projects.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and contract interpretation
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
