What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-Planned lessons substitute teacher position at Esperanza Academy Charter School High School?
Become one of our wonderful Plug and Play substitute teachers!
What is a Plug and Play Sub? It's quite simple! A plug and play sub is not like a traditional substitute teacher that has to go through mountains of paperwork and difficulties to run a class. Our classes are pre-planned and completely automated when our teachers are absent. That means what the substitute has to do is as simple as plug and play:
- You arrive to the class and take attendance
- You let your students know which assignment they need to complete online or hand out their paper based assignment.
- They should have very few questions as all the information is already available to them.
- Our students are extremely well behaved so disciplinary issues are very rare, but you will always have support nearby.
- Once you're done with the class, you take your school issued computer and you move to your next room. Easy!
How can I be a plug and play substitute teacher?
You can apply if you meet our minimum requirements which includes:
