ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following, but not limited to:
- The primary IT resource at the assigned location.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborating with Peer IT teams on changes within the environment.
- Troubleshoot local IT issues including PCs, Peripherals, Mobile Devices, Conference Room, MS365, and others as requested.
- Providing support and troubleshooting to advanced Peer IT teams.
- Participate on special projects as required.
- Proactively seek out solutions to less common problems, develop workarounds for customer problems, and troubleshoot higher end issues.
- Participate in a 24x7/after hours, on-call duty rotation.
- Must abide by and enforce all organizational policies and procedures.
- Managing misrouted tickets and long-term solutions to avoid recurrences.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience working with MS365 tools including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Degree in Information Technology or related area of study (Experience may be considered in lieu of education)
- Experience in the Information Technology Field.
- Prior experience with IT service management systems.
- Prior experience in an Enterprise IT environment.
- Ability to actively manage small scale projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's own time.
- Must have strong Microsoft Office Suites computer skills.
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must have the ability to maintain a p rofessional demeanor.
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
