Overview
Your previous treasury, AP/AR, or general accounting experience can be put to excellent use in our finance and accounting department. We have an opening that will allow you to utilize your expertise and eye for detail in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will provide substantial support in researching all types of remittances and other financial transactions, responding to daily requests for treasury information, and writing and reviewing documentation of treasury processes.
Responsibilities
- Review, research, and post all types of customer transactions, including payment inquiries and credit card exception items
- Manage general Treasury correspondence
- Prepare and review Treasury policy and procedure documentation
- Navigate customer websites for procurement and e-invoicing
- Financial audit support
- Assist with various accounting projects and processes as needed
Requirements
- 1 years of treasury, AP/AR, or general accounting experience
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office apps with strong Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, and problem solving
- Flexible and willing to learn new processes, at times on short notice
- High school diploma
Recommended Qualifications
- Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP system
- Familiarity with accounting and/or banking terminology in a business setting
