Join Esri's Digital Experience Project Management Office (DX PMO) and lead Website projects. We are looking for an experienced project manager with experience running multiple simultaneous projects. In this role, you'll work with stakeholders on a wide range of projects to ensure deliverables fall within applicable scope and timeline. This is a great opportunity to utilize your knowledge of project management methodologies and team building skills to drive projects from requirements definition to launch.
- Facilitate all necessary project meetings including: planning, requirements gathering, regular status, and more
- Guide project teams on mitigating risks and propose backup plans for areas of high-risk
- Form strong working relationships across the organization to launch projects on scope and schedule
- Serve as primary contact person and proactively communicate and collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and colleagues to analyze information and evaluate potential solutions
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details
- Communicate status, potential project risks, and possible mitigations to the project sponsor & management
- Proactively find opportunities for process improvements throughout all phases of initiatives
- 5 years of direct work experience in project management and a bachelor's degree; or 3 years of related experience and a master's degree
- Thorough knowledge of the principals and practices of project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform with a level of autonomy that requires little direct supervision to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and to work within strict deadlines
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including communication, diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, problem solving, and influence
- Superior attention to detail and results oriented; demonstrated track record of proactively establishing and following through on commitments
- Thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into project requirements

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $74,880.00 - $150,280.00.
