Substitute Support Specialist

OVERVIEW : We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. We are currently seeking a Substitute Support Specialist to service our teams located in Saint George, Utah! .

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our client school districts and helping fulfill substitute teacher assignments.

SCHEDULE :

  • Working Hours : Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
  • Work Location : In-office
  • FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
  • Potential pay increase after 90 days

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Act as a liaison between school district administration and ESS staff, providing excellent customer service and collaboration within our organization and responding promptly and courteously to e-mails, phone calls, and other in-person inquiries.
  • Direct and control the fulfillment of substitute teacher and paraprofessional assignments.
  • Update and manipulate data and reports.
  • Identify, evaluate, and propose solutions to program areas that need special attention
  • Other duties as assigned or as become evident.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
