The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, in hospital settings, and specialized areas such as Gastroenterology and Acute Pain Management. Duties:
- Provide comprehensive healthcare to patients across the lifespan
- Perform physical examinations and health assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and formulate treatment plans
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Conduct utilization reviews to ensure quality care
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Current Nurse Practitioner license
- Certification in a specialized area such as Gastroenterology or Acute Pain Management is a plus
- Experience in eClinicalWorks or similar Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Strong background in primary care, health coaching, memory care, and internal medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
