Our Care Management division supports patient-centered care through care coordination, complex care management and helping address health-related social needs.

Founded in 1999, Essen provides care in all five boroughs of New York City, with a primary focus in the Bronx.

Job Summary: Essen Health care is currently seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator. The selected candidate will be responsible to perform daily call center operations,

Position Title: Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer incoming calls and triage them accordingly
  • Handle incoming electronic faxes submitted to the office
  • Sort through mail and paperwork given to the department
  • Scan documents into patient’s charts and fax out to agencies

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Familiar with ECW is a plus

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
