Distribution Supervisor
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 12:00pm - 8:30pm; Sunday, 10:00am - 6:00pm
Major Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of distribution operations. Provide regular coaching, counseling, and communication to associates.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment while being compliant with OSHA and Company Safety Guideline.
- Establish goals, define and plan projects to ensure operational strategies are focused on and executed.
- Manage performance through the performance management process.
- Interact with other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Capture and analyze data on current processes to develop plans to meet established and future business needs.
- Manage people, processes, budgets, performance management, compliance activities, and associate development as required by the job.
- Understand and demonstrate Essendant's Core Values.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
