What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker (1. 0 FTE) position at Essentia Health?
This position is responsible for snow removal on sidewalks, stairways, entryways, driveways, and other paved areas, maintenance of all area lawns and shrubs, policing all surface lots, adjacent lawns and sidewalks, care and policing of all parking ramps and entrances, cleaning all equipment and storage areas, moving furniture, equipment or items and various other special projects. Also, responsible to use appropriate procedures and carries out responsibilities and duties in order to ensure a safe, clean environment and image. Tasks performed and assigned are dependent on weather conditions. Experience: Central Only: Previous grounds keeping experience in a commercial setting. Preferred: Operation of bobcat and/or sweeper equipment.
Education Qualifications:
No educational requirements.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health 's insurer.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
