Job Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Recruitment Department. Provides expertise to recruitment staff to identify and implement innovative recruitment approaches and techniques. Conducts recruitment efforts for executive level hiring. Collaborates with departments within Essentia Health to ensure employment and recruiting efforts are consistent with Essentia branding strategy. Leads a team of professionals to ensure the recruitment strategy is implemented effectively, within established budgets and complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards. Requires high level of interpersonal (oral, written and presentation) skills and ability to work with staff and management employees. Must be able to model and educate staff on the confidentiality of the employment process.
Education Qualifications:
Work experience:
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, including experience with applicant tracking systems, and strategy development.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resources Management or related field of study.
