Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) who are passionate about nutrition counseling and aspire to own and operate their own business in private practice. As a Registered Dietitian within our team, you will have the opportunity to build your own client base, develop personalized nutrition plans, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals seeking dietary guidance. This position offers the autonomy and support necessary for RDNs to flourish in a private practice setting. You will be autonomous and able to run your own business, with support from all of us to ensure your success. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for clients, considering their dietary preferences, medical history, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop individualized nutrition plans and tailor strategies to meet clients' needs and objectives.
• Provide ongoing counseling and support to clients to facilitate behavior change and foster long-term care for better outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in nutrition and incorporate evidence-based practices into client care.
• Be resourceful to find reliable and trustworthy information quickly and competently in order to stretch ourselves to take on new client types when needed (which is regularly!)
• Manage administrative tasks associated with running a private practice, including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and billing. (This is where we shine and can support you!)
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure integrated and coordinated client care.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and grow the private practice.
• Patriciate in team building and support for fellow dietitians in the company who are also trying to grow their private practices under our company’s umbrella.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Current registration as a Registered Dietitian
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical or community nutrition counseling settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and operate a successful private practice.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant software.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in nutrition and dietetics.

Pay: $35.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
