Full Job Description Case Managers

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing group and individual counseling in a correctional setting
  • Performing timely records documentation
  • Creating individualized treatment plans and discharge planning
  • Working as a part of our Treatment Planning Team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of behavioral health experience
  • Minimum degree - BA in counseling or equivalent
  • Experience with Co-occurring population a plus
  • Experienced in performing

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 35 hours per week

Education:

  • Bachelor's

Experience:

  • Addiction counseling: 1 year (a plus)

Work Location: One location

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

  • LCADC, CADC, LPC, LCSW (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Newark, NJ 07105: Relocate before starting work (Required)
